ecoR'it Consortium is a non profit multi supply chain Collective System. Born December 16, 2005 to ensure proper management of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) professional and domestic, it also manages the waste of batteries and accumulators.
ECOR'ITCONSORTIUM REPRESENTS THE NATURAL EVOLUTION OF ECOR'IT - PILOT PROJECT,
"Pioneering" field trials on the management of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment WEEE, promoted and carried over before the implementation of the Decree 151/2005 by a qualified group of information technology companies.
The Pilot Project, carried out in accordance with the regulation of the Ronchi Decree, has allowed the "producers" of EEE promoters to acquire, in advance of the actual operation of the WEEE - Legislative Decree no. 151/2005, the know-how needed for the organization and financing of transport and treatment of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment WEEE.

Since then ecoR'it has grown and, thanks to the experience of the project Pilot, now has about 665 member companies operating in the ICT, consumer electronics, small appliances, batteries and lighting.
Taking into account the specificities of each sector, ecoR'it is the only solution to all the "producers" of EEE and batteries and accumulators: one contact to ensure maximum transparency and the constant necessary legal technical update.
